1 ON 1 TRAINING
1 on 1 training sessions are one hour workouts for anyone looking to achieve peak performance or to simply get into the best shape of their lives.
During the initial session we will go over your needs and complete a thorough assessment to determine where we need to start.
1 on 1 sessions will incorprate all my knowledge in pain management and sports performance to develop a plan that will keep you healthy and strong. You will have 100% access to me to ask questions on training, nutrition, or injury prevention.
